A comfortable small double for single occupancy situated at the end of an attractive close with private parking available.

A fortnightly cleaner (shared areas) is included (unless they are on holiday, sick or unavailable).

We are seeking a clean and tidy respectful professional who is in full time employment. Ideally, we would prefer a long term lodger (6+ months). You would be sharing the home with myself (live in landlady/ property owner) and my daughter (20's).

We are in the heart of Hersham Village, Walton-on-Thames with local amenities a short walk away, not far from Hersham Village Green, Waitrose, Costa Coffee, The Bricklayers arms, Pharmacy, Dentist, Drs, Post Office etc..

We are also approx 20 minutes walk to the train station (25 minutes to London Waterloo), 20 minutes walk to the riverside and a short drive to the A3 and M25. Other notable places nearby include Garsons Farm, Claremont Gardens, RHS Wisley Gardens, Esher Woodlands, Esher Theatre, Sandown Racecourse and Hampton Court. We are in a great location!

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable small double bed, chest of drawers, side table, wardrobe, desk, lamp, rug and some nice decorative touches. It's a 'home from home' feel and the room has a lovely outlook over our back garden and maple tree.

We have the usual kitchen appliances including a washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. There is also a lounge, dining area and garden.
