A large 3 bedroomed semi detached house in Hersham.
There is plenty of free parking outside so never a struggle to find a space. The house is a minute walk to a Londis, 10 min walk to Hersham Overground station and 15min walk to Tesco Express, Lidl or Waitrose. Walton High street is about 30 min walk or 8 min drive, with High street stores and Cinema, big Sainsburys etc... 

The house has a large living room with overly comfy sofas and a big TV - so great for cosy nights in (sometimes with a glass of wine (or 2!))

Through to the kitchen/breakfast room, there is a large American fridge freezer, dining table and loads of storage. The kitchen is fully kitted out with crockery, glassware etc... and is completed by a washing machine and dishwasher - cause who really likes washing up?! Each tenant has their own cupboards and shelves in the fridge/freezer for their food stuffs.

There is side access from the kitchen to the garden where there is also a patio area with seating

The room available is a large double room, with a double bed and built in wardrobes. Its a lovely bright room at the back of the house in a nice and quiet road.

There is 1 adult living in the house - live in landlady Laura (40). I also have a 3 year old son that lives with me, cheeky but well behaved, friendly and playful.

We are looking for a housemate, who is clean and tidy and houseproud. Understands that we are a share home and to be respectful towards each other.

The rest of the house - There is a really big bathroom suite with large corner bath and electric shower over (so always hot water!) 

We also appreciate that we all need our own space from time to time. The house is home, we treat it with respect but also as a unit, so if you are a social bean who enjoys coming home to a cup of tea/wine and a chat about your day then you would probably be a perfect fit! 

Ideally looking for other working professionals who are clean and tidy and houseproud and would like similar. Ideally aren't looking for people who need to work from home all the time

Lastly we do have a Labrador in the house, loves attention and being played with, Luna the lab also loves joining you for walks or going for a run, so will never say no!
