Studio lodging in beautiful rural location

We are seeking a lodger who would enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our home, and the use of our Barn room, which has a living area with sofa, dining area, separate mezzanine sleeping area, and a bathroom and separate WC. We are situated near Holmbury St Mary, 30 minutes walk to Leith Hill Tower. Access to shared garden and our kitchen, and utility room is available though a kitchenette is also available in the Barn. There is room to park a car. The monthly payment includes council tax & most utility bills, with the electricity for heating the barn payable by the lodger. Once a week on a Thursday our cleaners will also clean the Barn - at no extra cost :)
