A bright, east-facing, fully furnished room in a quiet home in the Meath Green area of Horley. The room has a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom.

The room overlooks the garden at the rear of the house and includes en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, wardrobe and bedroom furniture plus Smart TV.

The upstairs area is shared with one other person who rents the other bedroom. The shared area comprises a kitchenette with a washing machine, sink with draining board and storage cupboards. Cutlery and crockery with some kitchen utensils are provided along with a kettle and toaster, microwave oven, air fryer and 2-ring counter top hob. There is a dehumidifier plus clothes drier to dry laundry. An iron and ironing board are also included for shared use.

The downstairs living area and garden are for my private use as the live-in owner.

Included in the rental:
• All utility bills
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Bed linen and towels
• Plus a weekly cleaning service (Fridays).

On-street parking is available in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with no parking restrictions. The household allows only one vehicle per room.

The property is within easy walking distance of Horley town centre, local shops, bus stops and Horley railway station. Horley station is on the main London–Brighton line, with frequent services throughout the day and late into the evening - ideal for commuters.

There are also regular bus services to Gatwick Airport, East Surrey Hospital, Redhill, Reigate, Crawley and Epsom.
Horley is a vibrant town with a friendly community, a great selection of pubs, cafés and restaurants, independent shops, a theatre, attractive open spaces and nice surrounding countryside.

I'm looking for a respectful, tidy and reliable professional or mature student who seeks a long-term rental in a quiet and well-kept home. Please note that no overnight visitors are permitted.

Deposit: £500 to secure the room. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the agreement, provided the room and furniture is left in good order.
