I have recently moved to Woking and would like to share my house for company as well as income. I go out a lot in the evenings but it is nice to 'have someone around'. Full share of kitchen-dining room and lounge. Nice gardens. Space to keep a bike. Car space on the drive. 10 minutes walk from Horsell woods, Horsell village with great pubs, and Woking centre shops, restaurants and daily market. Train service to London is fantastic - fast trains about every 6 minutes and a 25 minute non-stop to Waterloo every 10-15 minutes. I expect to have a cat in the next few months so you must be ok with cats. Share of bills is additional and proportionate (35%). Council tax only due if you do not pay council tax at home.
