Double Room Available in Kenley, Close to Station

I'm looking for a friendly, easy going flatmate to share a lovely house in a nice, quiet area of Kenley. The room on offer is a large double, bright and spacious, with a large wardrobe and cupboard for plenty of storage.

The house has a large, comfortable shared living space and a good sized bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Outside, there's a lovely garden with a patio, perfect for relaxing or dining outside in the warmer months.

Location wise, you're close to Kenley station and Purley, with easy transport links, plus nearby parks for walks and fresh air.

A little about me: I'm clean, tidy, and easy to live with. I value good communication and keeping our home a calm, comfortable place to be. I also have a friendly dog, so you should be happy sharing a space with a well behaved pet.
