The room is rented furnished, with a built-in double cupboard and a chest-of-drawers, but furniture can be removed, if preferred. The flat faces the garden, has a lovely patio and is quiet. There is free parking on-site and a free, lockable, undercover bicycle store is also available.

The flat is conveniently located next to a large Sainsbury’s and Homebase, as well as a beautiful park and the Basingstoke canal, with its cycle path to Woking.

There is a bus stop just outside the complex and next door at Sainsbury’s, with links to Brookwood station (10 minutes), Woking and Guildford.

Two affectionate, playful cats also share the space, so I am looking for someone who will tolerate or preferably enjoy cats.
