Large bright double room. Has small double bed, bedside cabinet, lamp, rubbish bin, desk/ dressing table, cloat stand with full length mirror and storage wardrobe. Friendly family home, We are husband and wife with grown up daughter & son and pet cat. Suitable for single female preferred. We prefer someone who doesn't work from home. DBS check would be great, or references from work and previous landlord. Lodger must be clean , tidy and quiet as some of us work from home. Must be able to accommodate with our family, and make use of your own space. You will share separate WC. Sole use of private shower room. Shared use of the utility room washing machine and dryer., has space for small refrigerator. Garden with outdoor clothes line. Use of kitchen at arranged times. We also have a pretty enclosed garden. All bills and WIFI included. We have a cat, so must like pets. NO other pets allowed.
