This is my house, so I want to meet someone moving in before you move in.
My house is a short walking distance of Knaphill village, but in a quiet, residential location. We have easy bus and cycle routes into Woking & Guildford. There is a large Sainsbury within walking distance.

The room is well furnished with a very comfortable double bed (with under bed drawer); bedside cabinets: double wardrobe (with drawer space) and plenty of other storage space. There is also ample space available in the kitchen for you to use.

I have a lovely garden, which attracts plenty of wildlife.

I have a cat, so you must like animals. I also have a horse and chickens, who fill a lot of my spare time.

I am looking for someone relaxed and friendly to share my house with. I'm not a party person anymore. I like to relax and watch TV.

Absolutely no smokers please. This is a big no for me.
