interested in a medium sized furnished double room with a small cupboard in a 2 bed terraced house with a front and rear garden.

The room is available 7 days a week.

£850p/m all bills incl. (First months payment must be upfront, along with an £850 deposit)

House rules:
Maintain good hygiene
Tidy up after yourself
Respect the house and its neighbours (quiet past 10pm)
Occasional visitors only (no frequent overnight stays)
Non-smoking house

A reference from your place of work confirming employment and your character is preferred.

The room comes as pictured, but you are welcome to add in necessary furniture, and tweak the layout if you run it by me first.
