We are posting for a new housemate as our current is leaving.
DEPOSIT: £634.61
Bill range between £140-200 depending on the time of year.
This room has the meter in it and the new housemate will be required to upload regular meter readings for bills :)
Current Housemates aged between 24 and 26. All in different field of work, one housemate currently works from home two days a week. We are a very clean house and have a rota system in place, alongside spiltting the cost of communal cleaning products.
Our preference would be for a longer-term tenant.
