We are a married couple who have enjoyed having lodgers for 11 years.
We live in a detached chalet bungalow in a quiet residential road in Fetcham, Leatherhead, safe parking in road. We sleep downsrairs. The double room is upstairs with its own shower room. It is newly decorated. It has a double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe with a large drawer. A drop leaf table and office chair. A plastic unit of drawers.. A television if required. A large chest of drawers.

We have one cat who doesn't go upstairs! Local buses and shops, 5 min drive to station. 5 min drive to leisure centre. Restaurants and shops close by. About 40 mins drive to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Suit professional person working in the area, or student on work placement.
