We are a married couple in our 70's who have enjoyed having lodgers for 11 years.
We live in a detached chalet bungalow in a quiet residential road in Fetcham, Leatherhead, safe parking in road. We sleep downsrairs. The double room is upstairs with its own shower room. It has a double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe with big drawer and a chest of drawers. A Small round drop leaf table and office chair. Set of plastic drawers ideal for paperwork. A TV if required. Could also have a 2 seater sofa and coffee table.
7 days £850 per month.
Share large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Own fridge/freezer.
Use of large garden. Broadband available.
We have one cat who doesn't go upstairs! Local buses and shops, 5 min drive to station. 5 min drive to leisure centre. Restaurants and shops close by. About 40 mins drive to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Suit professional person working in the area, or student on work placement.
