The Financials:

Rent: £800.00 per calendar month.

Bills: Rent is inclusive of Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, and Broadband.

Contribution: A small contribution of £10 per month is required for shared cleaning products.

Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required and will be protected.

Payment: The first month's rent and deposit are payable before moving in. Rent is then due on the 1st of each month.
