Your private bathroom includes a full-sized bath with shower over, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

We’re approximately one minute’s walk from Lightwater high street, with a Co-op, post office, coffee shop, newsagent, restaurants, takeaways and other everyday amenities close by. There is a doctor’s surgery opposite the property, and Bagshot and Sunningdale railway stations are approximately ten-minutes drive away.

About the household

You would be sharing the house with me, my girlfriend and my adult son. We are a couple in our 50s, and my son is 22 and has his own bedroom and bathroom.
