The 2 bed cottage is located in the grounds of a lovely listed building called The Garth with 9 acre beautiful gardens. It has a secure gated entrance and cctv 24/7 for the common areas of the grounds. We are looking for a single considerate professional person without children or pets. It may be good for a couple. The cottage will be definitely too small for a family.  The use of the grounds are complementary including the use of the all year round tennis court and the open unheated pool in the summer. The monthly rent includes some of the utility bills as noted earlier. There will be a proper contract with referencing and require 1 month deposit. Virtual viewings are possible.
