Double room with en-suite and living space

Available from March 2026

We are looking for a 9 to 5 professional who needs a base during the week. We're relaxed and easy going, and flexible too. If something doesn't quite suit, we'd be open to hear what would work for you. We understand this is a home-away-from-home and we want it to be such.

There is a bedroom with en-suite and a spacious separate living room for your own use.


Wifi is available.

We're a 15 minute walk to Bookham station with links to Guildford and London and Leatherhead station is a short drive away. We are 10 minutes to J9 of the M25 and close to Gatwick Airport (20-30 minute drive depending on traffic).

We're near lovely walks including Polesden Lacey, Ranmore, Bookham
Commons and Norbury Park.

We are recently retired but very active and we are animal lovers and often have our families dogs to stay.

Please do get in contact if you're interested, or would like more photos or details, or if something doesn’t work. We would prefer a Monday to Friday lodger but are flexible and would be happy to try to come to a solution for the right person.
