Large spare room available in non smoking house. The room comes with a single bed, under bed storage drawer, large chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, freestanding mirror and a small chair and desk (which can be swapped out for a larger one) plus the upstairs benefits from new carpets. It also has sole use of the bathroom.

The rent includes full fibre to the pole internet with speeds over 100Mbps most of the time, council tax, gas, electricity and water. A fair use policy will be assumed.

Milford train station is approximately 20 mins walk away.
