Beautiful ensuite room

About the room - the room is a large double and is furnished with a double bed with storage, two bedside chests of drawers, a further larger chest of drawers, a TV unit and a built in wardrobe. The en-suite shower room is very modern and has storage. The room has its own thermostat, TV point and Virgin box with access to Sky Sports, BT Sports, Netflix and all the films. The room is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden. There is also a hue lightbulb which allows you to control the light from your phone, put it on a timer and change the brightness/ colour.

About the house - the house is a small 2 bed terrace, newly built and is part of a friendly development called Millfields. There is a small paved garden to the rear, perfect for alfresco dining and BBQs on the 2 or 3 days a year when the sun shines. There is a driveway which I use and don’t mind sharing, there is no other allocated parking space, there are visitor bays and plenty of off street parking away from the development.

About the location - I am a 15 minute walk from Mitcham Junction where you can get a direct train to Victoria in 21 minutes, London Bridge in 28 minutes, Blackfriars in 29 minutes and trams to Croydon and Wimbledon.

About me - I am a live in landlord, I bought this house in July 2018. I’m 39, single, no kids. I do have a beautiful tortoiseshell cat called Marley so you will need to love cats. I am a non smoker, I work Monday to Friday and am often non in. Ideally I am looking to share with a female or a gay guy, I hope that doesn’t cause any offence.
