The whole property has been refurbished for 3 years. It located on a quiet, residential street but is just a five minute walk away from the train station. From the station, it takes 7 mins to Balham station, 22 minutes to Victoria station and London Bridge.
From the property, you can walk 10 minutes to ASDA, LIDL, HOHING, ICELAND and town centre with many local restaurants, coffee shop, pub. It also has a handy corner shop within a two minute walk.
The property makes for the perfect home for friends sharing. It currently has 4 friendly housemates. Our exiting housemates are polite and helpful house mates.
We are from different nationalities ( European, Hongkong) and we are are quiet, honest, clean, respectful to other people’s space.
One agreed rule of the house is no party, no drugs and no loud music as we are all working with different schedule.
