Room available in friendly Tooting share house!

We are a friendly and social house in Tooting that’s looking for someone new to join! You would be sharing with three girls, so another girl is preferred. While we all have our own schedules, we’d love someone who’s looking for a social environment rather than just a room – we like going out for meals together, having nights in with movies or tv shows, doing days out in London, and hitting up the various Tooting pubs (we're spending a decent amount of time in them for the F1 and the World Cup at the moment.)

THE HOUSE
The house is an oldie but a goodie – it has three floors, a comfy living room with a large dining table, and a garden that's currently undergoing renovation (it already has a load of new garden furniture that will be great for the summertime). The kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, washing machine, dryer, and large fridge/freezer. You would be sharing a bathroom with two other girls (as the bedroom on the top floor has an ensuite) which has a combination bath and shower.

THE ROOM
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a large chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a bookshelf, and a desk. There's also space for a small tv stand.

THE HOUSEMATES
Laura, 33 – A freelance book editor who also runs a dog walking/dog sitting business with her sister, Ellie (so being pro-dog is a big plus!) Loves anything you can attach the word 'nerd' to.
Ellie, 27 – Full time dog walker/dog sitter, part time odd-jobs gal. Has Bear-esque aspirations in the kitchen, loves live music, and is always looking for someone to join her at the gym.
Lucy, 28 – Civil servant (she works from home a lot so is basically a part-time dog intern at this point too). When she's not out for a run, she's curled up at home with her latest book.

THE LOCATION
The house is located just a few streets over from Tooting Overground Station, with a whole heap of buses nearby available to get you to Tooting Broadway for the underground. There are two Lidls within walking distance, as well as a small Tesco and small Sainsburys. There’s a whole bunch of pubs and cafes within walking distance as well as a big park at the end of the street for those British summer days!

THE DETAILS
Rent is £672 each month, and bills usually come to around £100 a month. A deposit of five weeks' rent will be required, which should come out to £837.50. We have a cleaner who comes in every two weeks, which is £27 per person per month, and we all split the costs for any household items we may need. In general, we all chip in to keep the house tidy and maintain the garden, so would love someone who's willing to do the same.
