We are a couple who own the house with 3 year old dog (standard labradoodle) and currently living with one other tenant. We live on the top floor and the two rented rooms are on the 1st floor. The room available is the biggest room in the house, with back garden view. The ground floor has a brand new modern kitchen with polished concrete floors with garden at the back.

Great location, 6 min walk from Belgrave tram stop which gets you into Wimbledon within 10 min, less than 2 min walk to a bus stop, 5 min drive to Collierswood or 15 min bus ride. Free on street parking.

We have 4 parks nearby, the larger ones are Morden Hall park and Mitcham Common and 2 other smaller parks. Asda, Lidl, Hoo Hing, Iceland, Tesco and many small local convenience shops are in walking distance. Safe area with neighbourhood watch & friendly neighbours.

We would like to think we are open, honest, easy and friendly people. Similarly, we are also looking for someone who is friendly, easy going who might want to hang out every so often and just create a general good vibe in the house. Someone who is PROFESSIONAL and CLEAN is a must.
