Big double bedroom with a built in wardrobe available to rent in a clean and newly decorated home.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, standing desk, large drawers and storage area.

There is communal living room, kitchen and garden. Rent is £900 per month including bills (council tax, gas electric water, broadband etc). There is a shared bathroom downstairs which is shared with 1 other person and a kitchen shared by all three housemates.

The house is in a quiet and safe street. Excellent transport links with Colliers Wood station (northern line) only a short walk away. Tram to Croydon and Wimbledon also available. Close to Tooting and St George’s hospital.

You would be sharing with two guys. We are both working professionals, who work Monday - Friday. Ideally we are looking for another sociable and full time working professional.
