Single room in Mitcham.

Bright airy single room with double glazed windows wall to wall. It has a wardrobe and chest of drawers that can be used. Plus single bed and mattress.

We have two toilets, two living rooms (one not for public use) and 3 bedrooms total. A very large balcony available to use.

The room is situated in a block of flats that has four floors. We are on first floor with access to ground floor two the flat is two stories with upstairs and downstairs.

Must be clean, quiet and respectful.

We have a cat and a 4ft fish tank.
My preference is for females.
