Lovely single room on the ground floor with own toilet and storage under staircase. Also have access to ground floor new wallk in shower and toilet in garden. It has a single ottoman bed for maximum storage. Newly refurbished bathroom which is on first floor with bath and power shower and is shared by the family. Full access to all kitchen facilities, washing machine and garden. There are 3 full bathroom in total and the rental single bedroom has its own toilet accessible to the tenant only.
All bills included, including wifi, electricity, and gas. We also have a British shorthair cat who is very friendly.
During the weekends the house remains empty. We are looking for a female who will respect and keep the home clean. No GUEST allowed and no smoking. The house is located opposite a lovely park, a two minute walk from the bus stop and a three minute walk to Lidl. The road is residential, with friendly neighbours.
