Beautiful room to rent by Tooting Station!

Hi!

I have a lovely double room in a house a short walk away from Tooting Broadway. It's in a 3 bedroom house, with a shared dining area and a big garden and a beautiful view of the golden hour (when its actually sunny!)

Unfortunately, I need to move out as I'm changing jobs otherwise I wouldn't leave this!

The housemates are one guy (28) and one girl (40) and Marcela the cat (2)! They are all lovely, we like to hang out but we also have our own space to do our own thing. Marcela is very friendly, but she does understand a closed door!

Tooting station is a 5-10 minute walk away with Thameslink connects into central, and Tooting Broadway is a 5-10 minute bus or a 15-20 minute walk. Mitcham Eastfields is also within walking distance and there are plenty of buses.

Nearby are plenty of shops including a Tescos Express, many corner shops and 2 seperate Lidl's within 5 minutes. Mitcham town centre is also nearby with even more shops, including an Iceland and an Asda.

Theres also Figges Marsh on the doorstep, which is a lovely green space.
