About us
You’ll be sharing with Salia and Jonny and taking over my room.
Both professional’s in their early thirties, Jonny works a mix of finance and as a musician! Salia is a doctor from Spain and works at St George’s Hospital.
We enjoy a clean, peaceful, cosy, relaxed home ☺️

About you
We are looking for a short term flatmate for maybe 2-3months.
Would suit someone who is needing a short term place whilst looking for a long term home. Room available now!
Someone who is keen to keep a clean, tidy, peaceful home.
You will likely have the flat to yourself a lot of the week, Salia mostly stays with her partner through the week & Jonny has a very busy schedule so is rarely around. (Because of this, we are also open to couples!)
When we do happen to cross paths, we are happy to cook together or watch Netflix or explore London on weekends if we are free!

The flat
Very spacious 3 bedroom Victorian maisonette near Tooting. Period flat with high ceilings and original floorboards. The flat has a large eat-in kitchen, a large shared lounge and modern bright bathroom.
The location
Located on the cusp of Tooting and Streatham, very well connected with lots of transport options very close by - the area is surrounded by many options for eating, drinking and socialising and has multiple links into central London.
We have a park across the road, with ping pong tables, outside gym and a free tennis courts.
There is also a large Supermarket less than a 5mins walk, open till 10pm.

Transport
Tooting Broadway tube (Northern Line) 8mins away by bus. Bus stops at the end of the road with buses passing every 3-5 mins inc night buses.
Tooting rail station 10 mins walk or 4 mins by bus.
Mitcham Eastifelds Station 5 mins walk - direct trains into Victoria, Farringdon, Blackfriars, St. Pancras/Kings Cross etc.

£950pcm Inc All Bills. Large Double room. Furnished with double bed, lots of storage, huge built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, shelving and space for a desk!
Price is higher for couples.
