Single room for solo female with parking space

3 bedroom family house shared with me and my daughter (2 females only).

I am renting only ONE room in the house, not both rooms at the same time.
Depending on availability, it can be either:

• Single room – £650
or
• Double room – £700

Looking for a solo female only.

The house is quiet, clean and peaceful, so I am looking for someone respectful, clean and easygoing.

House rules:
• Female only
• No males allowed in the property
• No visitors
• No parties
• No smoking
• Only the tenant has access to the house/room

Minimum stay: 6 months
Maximum stay: until the end of the contract period

Move in available within approximately 2 weeks.

1 month rent + 1 month deposit required.
