Me and my flatmates are moving away as we graduated, the house is ideal for students as the Belgrave Tram stop to Wimbledon is 16 min away (takes 9 minutes from there), and the Collier Woods Station is 15 minutes away (Northern line to central).

Preferably the house is ideal for 3 students that know each other and can apply together, still open to all.

The maximum term will be On A Rolling Contract basis in line with the new legislation.

ROOM 1, 2 AND 3's rents will all be £735 per month, there is also a storage room where you may put your things, on top of that there is also a garden shed where some piece of furniture can be stored, the room with the red armchair doesn't have the chair as we moved it our for extra space.

Broadband is Community Fibre and it's a £35 pound bill divided by 3 ( £11.6 per person).
Electricity and water are separate but they average around £100 a month divided by 3 as well (£33.5 per person)

Altogether bills will be £780.

Council Tax is Excused as the household will only have students, you still need to apply for the discount but it's a simple process.
