Room for rent

The house has 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living area, there is large driveway parking for cars/motorbikes and front granden as well as the back garden.

By the end of the the month the front garden will be fully gated and garden picnic tables and chairs will be installed with all lighting too. Im still doing some works.

People ages living in the property 26/29/32 we are all easygoing, friendly and respectful of each others spaces and times & I have a cat in my room.
I'm part time studying and part time working. Joseph who's is a manager in screwfix and Levante a builder.
We all enjoy a chat after work & we organise little activities during weeknds when we can.

The property is located in safe, residential area, 10 min from shops & 15 min from Morden underground station and has 24h buses reach and 24h weeknd underground & is in front of a park.

You will habe your own fridge and freezer and there’s also washing machine + tumble dryer and everyone has their own kitchen cabinets.
