Looking for a place to call home?

I’m looking for my next housemate as the current one is entering the next exciting chapter of her life😄

The room is for Single Occupation and only a female occupant will be considered.

I’m usually quite busy doing my own thing (I work from home most days) but happy to socialise and share a meal/glass of wine/home movie when diaries align.

Only 2 People in total in the household. (Only one can work from home at any time for privacy sake, so the ideal person would work from home max 2 to 3 fixed days of a week.) Looking for someone with similar standards of tidiness/cleanliness.
A responsible, socially extroverted person will be the best match for our household. Someone who spends all their time at home in their room would wouldn’t work out.

I will also consider a Mon-Fri let at a significant reduction in rent or if you work full time on location at work there will be a small reduction in rent.

Room is furnished.
Double bed, sturdy wardrobe, chest of drawers and plenty more storage.
Rest is flexible depending on your requirements.

Bathroom, Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Room and Back Garden are shared spaces.
The entire house is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.
The kitchen has the usual: Dishwasher, Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine.

Most bills included. Council Tax Band C, Energy Rating D

Train/Tube/Bus
10-15 Minutes Walk to Morden Tube.
OR
Take the Bus (154/164/157) to Morden Underground Station for the Northern Line; (93 to Wimbledon, Putney etc.)
OR
5 Minutes Walk to Overground (Home stop: St Helier) taking you into the heart of London via Wimbledon, Blackfriars, St Paul’s, Kings Cross and beyond.

If you have a car, parking on the street in the area is free and its a good area for free-flowing traffic access to lovely Surrey (A24/A217) and hence the M25 and beyond.

There is a lovely sports park across the road and new ‘Better’ gym nearby.
Also a corner shop for forgotten essentials 3 minutes away and lots of easily accessible Supermarkets i. e. Sainsbury’s/Lidl/Co-Op/Asda/Tesco/Aldi dotted around a short walk/bus ride away.

🚲There’s space on the drive if you want to add a secure bicycle shed, or alternatively there’s a Ride-and-pay bike bay 6 minutes walk away.
