Bathroom, Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Room and Back Garden are shared spaces.
The entire house is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.
The kitchen has the usual: Dishwasher, Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine.

Bills included - reasonable usage levels. Council Tax Band C, Energy Rating D
