Rooms to let in a clean and peaceful home

We have 2 rooms to let separately for single occupants in a comfortable, clean and quiet flat share. Please note, these rooms are not suitable for couples.

Both rooms are furnished with a bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table, desk and a chair.

The flat is spacious and clean - it has separate living/dining room, large kitchen, plenty of fridge and storage space, recently renovated bathroom and a separate toilet. Weekly cleaning of shared areas is included in the rent so there is no need for a cleaning rosta.

All bills and internet connection are also included. The rent is negotiable, £750 - 850 per month depending on the length of the contract etc. The deposit is 1 months rent. We are ideally looking for a long term tenants. The larger room will be available from 6th of November and the smaller one from 29th of November.

There are 2 other people living in the flat, both professionals in their 20s and 30s. There will never be more than 4 people living in this flat in total (including you). All bedrooms are for single occupancy.

The place is very quiet and peaceful and we are looking for someone who is considerate of others and is looking for a quiet place to live themselves.

The location is convenient with Morden Tube station and Morden South Thameslink station both 5 min walk away. A journey to central London takes around 30min. There are also many bus routes available nearby.
