About the Flat:

Double room £800 pm (available 28 December)

Room advertised is double with a built in double wardrobe, bedside drawer, office desk and office chair.

Location:
• Next door to a parade of shops including a dentist, pharmacy, convenience store, and takeaways
• Just a 10-minute walk to the underground station, with trains to London Bridge in around 30 minutes

Current Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with a professional from a Pakistani background. I enjoy a friendly social and relaxed environment.

What im Looking For:
I’d love a like-minded, friendly individual who values a clean, respectful, and welcoming home. Previous flatmates have all stayed long-term, which says a lot about the vibe here!
