Excellent transport links. Bus stop outside taking you to Wimbledon in 10 minutes and Morden (northern line tube) in 5 mins. South Merton Thameslink station is 4 mins walk away. Free parking available.

You would be sharing with me a 44 year old professional male working full time. I am an easy going, respectful social person. I like films, the gym, reading and meeting friends.

I'm looking for a professional who is respectful, clean and tidy but still fun and enjoys a nice comfortable home.

Rent is £850 per month including bills.
