Property: The Property has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a kitchen and dining room. Clean and peaceful property.

Room: These large rooms (single occupancy) are fully furnished with built-in wardrobes, a double bed and wood flooring. Also have a writing table and TV stand. Smart controlled radiator. Complimentary faster wifi, use of washing machine and dryer are available. The occupant will be sharing the bathroom with one other occupant and the kitchen with two. Maximum two lodgers in the house.

Prospective occupant: Suitable for clean professionals. Single occupancy. No pets. Non-smoking and No visitors allowed. I would like the lodgers to keep their room and house neat and tidy, be mindful of others in the house and respect each other's privacy. The accommodation follows the Lodger Scheme, meaning you will share the home with the landlord.

A basic tenancy check will be carried out as part of the rental process (right to rent, references, basic DBS). The check will be arranged and paid by me. An external company will handle the verification. I am friendly and don't mind interacting with the lodger or giving them their space, depending on their individual preference.
