1 cosy double bedroom in Morden

The room: Comfortable double bedroom with a lovely antique mirror, TV/printer, wardrobe and its own desk/workspace set-up by the window, great if you work from home some days. Carpeted, bright, with plenty of natural light.

The flat: Modern, well-maintained 2-bed with a spacious cosy lounge with large TV, a proper cook’s kitchen (gas hob, air fryer, oven, and all essentials), and a large bathroom.

Who you’d be living with: There are two of us — myself and my partner — but I’ll be travelling extensively from August onwards for several months, so day-to-day you’d mainly be sharing with my partner. We have our own master bedroom, my partner is very respectful, quiet, clean and works full time, he is also an excellent cook, so expect some genuinely great home-cooked meals!

Who we are looking for: A tidy, respectful, easy-going housemate. You either study or work full time on a daily basis.

You’ve got to be clean when it comes to bathroom cleanliness and overall common areas in the flat. We prefer also if you don’t have too much stuff, as there is not a lot storage space in the flat.

Location:

• 2 min walk to St Helier
• ~10 min bus to Morden (Northern Line)
• Easy access to central London

Length of stay: Min of 3 months and maximum of 12 months (with possible extension further). If you should move out after 3 months or before 12 months, you should give us as much notice, preferably 1 month.

Viewings can be done after 27 July onwards.

Rent is 750£ per month incl all bills
