Looking for a professional Lady, non smoker, to take room. Well sized single room with wardrobe and chest of draws.

One furnished single room £380pm + £100 bills (bills will drop as soon as prices do)

House has a large open planned ground floor and front and back gardens. Friendly housemates, not a party house but the odd social event do happen throughout the year for everyone's friends and family to come over and have a good time.

House is 10 minutes walk from Morden Station and 5 min from South Merton overground (2 stops to Wimbledon). Bus stop only 1 minute away and runs to Raynes Park Tube, Wimbledon or Morden. and only 5 minutes to A3 by car.

Parking available at the back of the house, off the road, and on the road in the front.

Bills are 100 a month per person and everything is covered by this.

Looking for professionals, who wants to make a place a home and willing to join in with others but ok to have time to themselves. The room comes with single bed, chest of draws, cupboard and some fitted shelving. Option to change room to have a desk under the bed if wanted.

You will be living with a mixed group of professionals from 23 to 40's who are friendly and open. One is a live in Landlord, me, this means you are a lodger not a tenant so be aware some laws are different. Most former lodgers stay on average over 2 years. Room is designed to be cheap safe place for someone on low wage or someone starting out in the UK.
