I have a bright, tidy, modern, and spacious fully furnished double room ready in my charming 3-bedroom house located at Morden SM4 6NA. All bills are covered, so no hidden costs.

As live-in landlord, you share our space with my friendly partner and one other male lodger. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive household, making it easy to feel at home. We have an opening as one of our lodgers is relocating to live with his girlfriend.

The perfect lodger for us is someone who is sociable, respectful, tidy, clean, and trustworthy. Please note that the bathroom is shared between you and the other lodger, as I have my own bathroom in the loft.

My home also includes two outdoor cats and a well-behaved cocker spaniel dog. If you're an animal lover and don't have allergies, you'll fit right in.
