My fiance and I are looking for a new flatmate as our current flatmate moves out on 15th June. The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Morden tube station and 5 minutes from Belgrave tram stop, with many buses also just a couple minutes away.

Our flat is a renovation of a gated old industrial water mill and sits on the river wandle, with the sound of the river streaming outside the flat. We live across the road from Morden Hall Park and the wandle hiking trail goes past the flat.

The room is ideal for a young person who likes balance between work life in London and quiet green space. We are both creatives, Leo (27) works in music production as a Mixing/Mastering engineer and I (Caitlin, 25) am a surrealist artist with a day job working with kids at a Forest School Nursery. We love the outdoors and go on hikes almost every weekend in the Surrey hills (25 min drive or 1 hr train). If we aren't doing that we like to go visit and stay with family outside of London (giving you the chance to have some weekend me time 😌).

We are tidy clean as go type of people and organise with our flatmate to do a deeper clean of various shared spaces every couple of weeks by a rota system. Leo has owned the flat for almost 3 years and will be live in land lord.
