I rent out Two double rooms in my Three bed maisonette (above a quiet office).

Trains Morden South (15 min walk),
Trams (6 min) Phipps Bridge / Balgrave Walk, towards Wimbledon (North) or Croydon (South).
Buses outside 1-5 mins depending on route required (80, 164, 197) & nearby Night bus route.
By car, easy access to the A3, or A24 to Central London or out to the M25.
Local Facilities

The room faces East, lovely natural light, the sun screened a bit by my large cherry tree.
Fenced small garden & forecourt, but enough for a BBQ and a sit in the sun!
Please note the outside area is redesigned and the new lawn is growing nicely. I have nearly finished the new lean-to & garden room, so it's still a bit untidy. I've a new shower tray planned which will enlarge the shower area.
Current Housemates
Professional people; I'm self-employed (media industry) working from home, and the other male lodger has full-time contract work. We get along well and have good chats about a whole variety of topics.
Occasionally I may have a meal together, with my lodgers, but otherwise, keep to ourselves. I welcome new housemates and try to make sure you feel at home, adjusting the room to suit if I can. We like to keep the house tidy, and clean up after ourselves. Past lodgers often remain as friends.
Work from Home : if you work from home we'll agree a fair cost charged exactly or a set figure. I have a separate meter for business use, when appropriate. The Internet may be used for business, but at your risk.
