Fenced small garden & patio, but enough for a BBQ and a sit in the sun! Please note that I'm redesigning the garden/ forecourt area and a lean-to greenhouse/ & garden room, so it's a bit messy for a while. I've a new shower tray to change too making the shower area bigger.

Current Housemates
Professional people; I'm self-employed (media industry) working from home, and the lodger is in full-time employment. We get along well and have good chats about a whole variety of topics. Occasionally have a meal together, but otherwise, keep to ourselves. Very welcoming to new housemates, and try to make sure you feel at home. We like to keep the house tidy and clean up after ourselves. Past lodgers often remain as friends.
