Two lovely spotlessly clean rooms available in a nice house and location. (Single occupancy only). One large double and one small double. Both rooms are lovely and bright with plenty of storage space. The small double also has a gas lift bed for extra storage. All usual luxuries/conveniences. No parking restrictions. Transport links and M25/A3 close by.
Weekly cleaner and gardener.
Current housemates are great guys. Both single, respectful, courteous and most importantly very easy going/ laid back. Looking for friendly, respectful, easy going guys to join the household.
Smoking isn't a problem, but must be done outside the property only.
