Double room + bathroom available in Woking

Looking for a friendly and clean professional to move in to a double room in a 2 bedroom flat in Old Woking. You will have a private bathroom (not en-suite but the bathroom is right opposite the bedroom) and shared open plan living room/kitchen.

Furniture in the bedroom (seen in pictures) belongs to my current housemate but I will ensure there is basic furniture in the room although happy to discuss the furniture situation if you would like to bring your own!

I am a teacher so I’m very busy during the weekdays but I am looking for someone who wants to hang out and socialise in the evenings/weekends.

The flat is situated in a gated complex on the ground floor. There is off-road parking and a communal garden that looks on to a river.

The flat is a 5 minute drive from Woking Station/Woking town centre with lots of picturesque places to walk nearby e. g along the River Wey. It is situated close to Hoebridge Golf Course and Woking Leisure Centre (both have gyms). There are also local shops within walking distance. As well as this, the flat is very close to the A3.

The room is available from early October.

Bills are roughly £225 a month.
