Double room in a modern, well looked after, house near Woking town centre. Bus to Woking and Guildford stops outside the house.
Suitable for home workers or commuters with a 20-25 minute walk to the town centre and station.

Lovely double room (fully furnished but can remove furniture if needed) in a spacious 3 bedroom house with a large garden in Old Woking. We have recently renovated the place, there is one room used solely as home office. One shared bathroom. The house has a large sociable open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, built in oven, microwave, induction hob and fridge/freezer. We also have a washing machine and separate tumble dryer for use. The living room has French doors directly out to the garden and patio.

Looking for someone respectful, friendly, and equally happy to chill out, chat with us, or sit together peacefully. We spend time away for work often, when we are home we have busy week day evenings, but tend to be home most weekends relaxing. We are looking for someone who will treat our home as theirs.
