A lovely, clean and comfortable furnished double bedroom is available in a quiet, well-maintained home in Woking.

Ideal for a working professional who lives elsewhere and requires comfortable weekday accommodation while working in Woking or the surrounding areas.

The accommodation includes:

• Comfortable furnished double bedroom with bedding
• Shared shower and toilet
• Shared kitchen facilities for preparing meals
• Heating, hot water and electricity included
• Clean, peaceful and welcoming home

Monday to Friday Arrangement

The room is available for four nights per week, Monday to Thursday nights only.

• Arrival from approximately 6pm, with flexibility by arrangement
• Departure by 8am the following morning
• Final departure on Friday morning
• No weekend stays or storage of personal belongings over weekends

Rent: £700 per calendar month, including bills.

Food is not provided. The lodger will be responsible for purchasing and preparing their own meals and keeping shared facilities clean.

We are looking for a considerate, tidy and respectful professional who requires a regular weekday base and returns to their main home at weekends.

References will be required. Viewings are available by arrangement.
