Large kitchen, access to two living rooms and garden with outdoors furniture included, benefitting from communal cleaners every two weeks.

I am moving in November and need someone to take my place. Able to show the property around on request - moving date is flexible and can be negotiated.

The house is very clean and quiet all the time and the common areas are not used frequently, especially the living rooms (one of them has a smart TV). Great garden to chill in the summer and the room has naturally great airflow which prevents temperature for getting too high when it's hot outside.
