A beautiful suite of rooms - comprising large double bedroom, private sitting room, own bathroom (not ensuite) and sole use of pretty courtyard available in large house, sharing with quiet owner and her timid cat!

10min walk to Oxshott Station (35mins from Waterloo), 30min drive to Gatwick and Heathrow, 5mins to the M25.

Free parking available in the private driveway. Bills included.

The house is in the peaceful and picturesque village of Oxshott - with a convenience store and hairdresser over the road and a stone's throw from the tennis club and GP surgery. The village centre is a 10 minute walk and has a lovely pub, italian restaurant, petrol station, pharmacy, cafe and more.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (the owner's is ensuite) and three reception rooms - so lots of room to have our own space.

I work in PR and communications for charities and often work from home. In the evenings and weekends I'm pretty sociable doing dance classes, theatre, comedy, dinner with friends etc.

Looking to share with another professional person who is friendly and sociable but enjoys a quiet home life.
