The house is 5 minute walk to Oxted School, 15 minute walk to Oxted town centre, shops and mainline station. Frequent services to London with journey time of around 30 min. It's a 25 minute drive to Gatwick Airport. M25 Junction 6 is a 10 min drive.

Shared amenities include a garden and patio, kitchen diner, sitting room, shower room and WC, washing machine and tumble dryer, driveway with off-street parking, Wi-fi broadband, exists throughout - approx 400mb.

Bills such as electricity, gas and broadband are included in the rent.

For hygiene reasons, please supply your own bedding for the double mattress.
