The house is 5 minute walk to Oxted School, 15 minute walk to Oxted town centre, shops and mainline station. Frequent services to London with journey time of around 30 min. It's ideal if you work at Gatwick, being just a 20+ minute drive via the M23. M25 Junction 6 is a 10 min drive.

Shared amenities include a garden and patio, kitchen diner, sitting room, shower room and WC, washing machine and tumble dryer, driveway with off-street parking, Full fibre Wi-fi broadband, exists throughout - approx 400mb.
