Small but comfortable single room with single bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and under bed storage, small desk or could replace with a clothes rail.

Use of kitchen and bathroom.
Flat is very close to Oxted Station, with trains to Victoria Station and London Bridge or East Grinstead / Uckfield.

Oxted is a small, but well appointed town with a cinema, two chemists, a library, a Morrisons, small Sainsbury’s and small Waitrose. Barn theatre, Everyman cinema, Anytime fitness gym and Tandridge leisure centre within in easy walking distance.
There is a park nearby and many golf courses!
It’s about 4 miles from the Godstone exit (junction 6) of the M25.

Parking is limited, but available in parking bays outside the flat. Bays operate from 8.30am-6.30pm Monday-Saturdays. You can park for up to one or two hours nearby, so you can park from 5.30pm-9.30am if you time it well!
Sundays are free, there is parking under the train station for free after 10am and in the leisure centre car park for a fee. There may be roads close by where you can park for free.

This is a family home, with one elderly, but friendly cat. It would suit someone that needs a smaller, cheaper place to stay near a train station.

Council tax included.
Would be nice if some contribution was made toward household cleaning products, toilet rolls etc.
