Ideal for a professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to live, particularly someone working away from home during the week days who would appreciate the flexibility of seven-day access.

Set in stunning countryside with wonderful walks right on the doorstep, it offers a relaxed rural lifestyle while remaining highly convenient—just one mile from the A3 and approximately 10 minutes from both Godalming and Guildford railway stations.

The accommodation includes:

Spacious double bedroom
Private bathroom
Private sitting room
Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and small hob
Wi-Fi and all bills included
Private parking directly beside the barn
The bedroom and bathroom are for your exclusive use and are available seven days a week, including weekends.

The sitting room doubles as our office and is used by us between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm on most weekdays. At all other times, including evenings and weekends, it is yours to enjoy.

You'll also have access to the main house for laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, and you're welcome to use our oven if needed.

We would love to find a friendly, considerate and trustworthy professional who enjoys dogs and who, from time to time, would be happy to dog sit and house sit while we are away (by separate arrangement).

Excellent references are essential.
