A clean and well equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer. Bedding supplied, I am willing to clean the room as I do the rest of the flat on a weekly basis all bills are inclusive. There is a balcony where one can smoke as smoking is not allowed in the flat. The flat overlooks the woods which is good for walking or jogging, easy access to bus and two trains stations Reedham Station and Purley Station which is 20 minutes to London Bridge and Victoria also 20 minutes to Gatwick Airport.
I am looking for someone who is very clean and tidy, honest and respectful as I am easy going I would like the person to be of friendly nature and someone who loves dogs they are bichons looking for someone who wants to be home from home Looking for a professional person in full time employment and not on benefits nor any gamers, or students also no shift workers or couples please. The room is fully furnished so please do not bring any type of furniture One months rent of £800pcm to be paid in advance plus a security deposit of £500 (all bills inclusive) minimum stay of 6 months with a months notice.
