Hi, I’m Donna, looking to share my home.

My home is perfect for commuting to London with a short walk (7 minutes) to Kenley which is a Caterham - Victoria/London bridge Line. These all take between 30-35min.
It is also a 10 minute drive to J6 M25.

The Local amenities nearby are all within a 7 minute walk which include: Pub, a good variety of restaurants, Pharmacy & a Co-op.
There is a large kitchen with the usual appliances. A large living / dining room. The bedroom being let is 4m x 3m, and is currently furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, bed side draws and a large fitted wardrobe. If you have your own furniture the room can be cleared.
The bathroom newly refurbished, has a bath & separate shower.

There is parking available inside the court.

WiFi and Bills are included in the price. The living room TV has Netflix and Prime video.

If you love the outdoors and nature, we are situated near a range of of scenic walks through Ancient woodlands and valleys. This particularly helped me though lockdown.
I work as an assistant chef and mother two children who are now grown up. I am a bubbly family orientated person who enjoys socialising with a glass of wine. I’m hoping to find a like minded person to share my home with.
